The Waterguard Basement Drain requires an excavation of about 125 wide and 100mm deep around the perimeter of the basement before being concreted back in to the original floor level.
20mm stone is used to fill in front and below the Waterguard to assist drainage and allow the channel to be leveled.
A full range of accessories is available including inspection / clean out ports, corners, outlet and joining tape.
The system is normally used with one of the sump and pump systems on offer and may be used with our without membranes to the wall and floor depending upon requirements.
