Waterguard Perimeter Drainage Channel 2.2m or 7'6"

Waterguard comes in 2.2m (7'6") lengths and price is per length.

It requires an excavation of about 125 wide and 100mm deep around the perimeter of the basement before being concreted back in to the original floor level.

20mm stone is used to fill in front and below the Waterguard to assist drainage and allow the channel to be leveled.

A full range of accessories is available including inspection / clean out ports, corners, outlet and joining tape. 

The system is normally used with one of the sump and pump systems  on offer and may be used with our without membranes to the wall and floor depending upon requirements.

Waterguard Corners Waterguard corners, we supply pre-mitred corners made of actual pieces of Waterguard, this saves a lot of time on site and time in money! Waterguard Tape Yes, this is really duct tape, as used on Appollo 13! It sticks really well to wet plastic and is used to join the lengths of Waqterguard channel when you place the concrete. This rill will do about 10 average sized basements to you will have some left over. - no need to buy if you have duct tape to hand! £12.50	Waterguard Inspection Port These little 'hatches' allow you to see inside the Waterguard channel. You should install these along side every wall, they are not always essential but if you think there is any risk of silting of limescale build up(if a lot of new concrete has been used for instance) you wiil need them. £25.00
