Q How do I find the prices in US Dollars?

A. Look in the LH Margin and click the American Flag (for Canadian Dollars the Canadian flag).

Q. Do You ship to the USA?

A.  Yes all the time, infact 90% of our customers are in the USA or Canada.

Q Where are you based?

A. We are a UK company based in London but we have a warehouse facility in Chicago which distributes to the whole of the USA and Canada.

Q. How long will it take to recieve my goods?

A. Most orders will be with you within five working days from our Chicago warehouse, this is the regular 3 day UPS service, plus a  day or two for order processing and dispatch - allow a little longer for Canada, for customs clearance.

If we ship from our UK warehouse by air-freight it is even faster! normally 3 - 4 days from order to receipt.

If any items are not ins stock it may take a little longer but we keep good stock levels of most items.

Q how will I know if my goods are on their way or when they will be delivered?

A. We will send you a tracking number and you can track and trace on-line.

Q.  Am I taking a risk buying online from an overseas company?

NO. Definately not.

Apart from the fact that we have a central distribution facility in Chicago which makes us very much physically present in the USA, we are a well established and trustworthy company.

Moreover if yo buy by credit card or Paypal, you have buyer protection via those services so as a customer you are well protected, i.e you can claim your money back if you do not recieve your goods!

Q. Can you give me any references from other customers?

A.  We do get asked this but do not like to give out customers contact information without their approval.  So, if you want to contact our previous customers and are willing to be contacted yourself in like manner in future we plan to create a list of people willing to give references, so just let us know if you wish to be included.

Q.  Do you really sell Waterguard to the home owner for DIY use? I have been trying to find it everywhere but it only seems to be available if we pay to have it installed by a Basement Systems dealer and they charge a LOT of $$$$$$$, this seems too good to be true!

A. YES WE DO!  The Waterguard channel is the original Basement Systems product and the accessories are our own diesign (with many inprovements I might add!). 

AND... we are the ONLY company who sells this product to the homeowner outside of theUK!

Q.  I am a contractor how do I become an installer of your Basement Systems products? - is that possible?
